A Will built around your needs.
Name the people who will care for your children and manage your affairs, and make your wishes clear, so your loved ones face less stress during an already difficult time.
What a Will does
A Will is an important part of your Estate Plan, and it’s where several key decisions are put in place. We walk you through each one in plain language.
If you don’t have a Will, the court appoints someone to administer your estate, which can take longer and add cost and stress for your family. BC’s intestacy rules decide who inherits what you own in your own name, in a fixed legal order that may not reflect your wishes, especially with a blended family or an unmarried partner
OR
Life's biggest decisions deserve a plan you can trust. A Will ensures your wishes are documented clearly, so your loved ones aren't left scrambling during an already difficult time, and it's often the first document people put in place when they start thinking about the future.
What's included
An initial consultation to understand your situation and goals, followed by a signing appointment once your Will is ready. I'll walk you through each decision in plain language, no rushing, no jargon.
Pricing
• Initial consult: $250 (credited towards the cost of your Will)
• Starting at $550 (single) or $900 (couple, mirrored Wills)

A final quote will be provided after the initial consultation. but not be limited to disbursements relating to pulling legal title on a home,
All fees are subject to applicable taxes and disbursements (costs that I incur on your behalf, such as pulling the title on your home).
Combine your Will with an enduring Power of Attorney “POA”, or go with the Complete Plan (Will + POA + Representation Agreement) for additional savings.
Main components of a Will include:
-
If you have children under 19, your Will is where you name a Guardian to care for them if you were to pass away. You can choose the person(s) best equipped to care for your loved ones.
-
Your Executor is the person you trust to manage your estate, gather what you own, pay any debts, and carry out your wishes. We also help you name an alternate in case your first choice can’t act.
-
Your Will sets out who inherits what you own in your own name, including specific gifts and what happens to the rest. Some assets pass outside your Will, such as a jointly held home or an account with a named beneficiary like life insurance or an RRSP. We help you make sure everything fits together.
